When AI and automation began reshaping the digital landscape in 2023, I saw small businesses struggling to adapt. As a marketing strategist and Forbes Council member, I recognized that tactics like SEO, SaaS and email marketing were loosing their impact in the market. I began to immersing myself in analytics the renowned Blue Ocean Strategy program, and eventually Microsoft's AI certification program.

I launched My AI Workshop with a clear mission: democratizing AI for small and mid-sized businesses.

Small businesses are the backbone of our communities – the local shops, services, and innovators that give our towns character. AI shouldn't be a luxury reserved for large corporations.
